As an Afrikan woman diagnosed w/ Mental Illnesses (PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and Bi-Polar Disorder), I’m grateful that, in spite of All of the various types of dismissive comments I’ve heard, directed towards me when I’ve transparently shared this info, w/ the help of Intentional Supreme Self-Care, psychiatric care, a Phenomenal therapist, eating SOFAS Free (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) Whole Food Plant Exclusive, and Amazingly Supportive Friends and Family, I’ve been managing to move forward Anyway….and work to tune out the comments of those….mis-informed…We Are Not Alone…I Love You, We got this and Here’s to our health, Divine Self-Care and our Family’s Freedom đź’• For those in need of crisis counseling, NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) is a Great resource…and Free.
